Margosa (Azadirachtha indica)

Holy Basil (Ocimum sanctum)

Ayurvedic Tips for Teeth Care
- Mix mustard oil and salt. Apply this paste daily on your teeth with the help of your finger. This will cause the whitening and leads to the strengthening of your teeth.
- Make the paste of mustard oil and basil leaves. Daily brush your teeth with this. This is a very good ayurveda tips for teeth whitening.
- Rub your teeth with babul or neem twigs instead of brush in the morning. Rub these vigorously to remove any plaque.
- In diet make sure to have something bitter, astringent and pungent. This will not allow the plaque to accumulate on teeth that leads to many teeth problem.
- Eat less of chocolate and sugar content as sugar is harmful for teeth. If you are eating it then make sure to rinse your mouth properly so that no sugary content remains in your mouth and on teeth.

Home Remedies for Teeth Whitening and Care
- Take the orange peel and rub it on your teeth at night. This is acidic and will work on plaque at night giving you white teeth in the morning.
- You must eat fruits and vegetables containing vitamin C. So include tomatoes, strawberries, oranges in your diet. Or you can also apply their juice directly on your teeth for whitening.
- Take sodium bicarbonate and apply this on your teeth every morning instead of tooth brush. The lost mineral content of your teeth will be regained and you will then have white and very strong teeth.
- Get the foil at your home and fold it on your teeth to get the shape of your denture. Now take small amount of tooth paster and baking soda. Mix these well and out these in the foil. Now keep this foil on your teeth for an hour. BY doing it daily you will have a white teeth.
- For teeth care, brush your teeth after every meal you take. If this is not possible then do brush in the morning and before going to bed.
- Apply clove oil on your teeth to reduce the teeth problems.
- Take a dry ginger and dried orange peel. Make the paste with water and apply it on your teeth for whitening.
