Akhrot belongs to the family of Juglandaceae. The botanical name of akhrot is Juglans Regia but it is commonly known as walnut. In fact, its a popular herb as its fruit is extensively used in various food recipes. Though, apart from fruit, its leaves and barks are also put to use for various other issues.
