Ingredients:

Cabbage cut into small cubes	1 cup
Broccoli florets (parboiled)	1 cup
Ginger chopped	1/2 tsp
Garlic chopped	1/4 tsp
Celery chopped	1 tsp
Pineapple cubes	1 cup
Fresh pineapple juice	1/4 cup
Oil	1/2 tsp
Freshly ground black pepper (for garnish)	1/4 tsp

Instructions:

Pour oil in a pan and heat
Add ginger, garlic and celery. Stir-fry for a couple of seconds.
Now add cabbage, broccoli, pineapple cubes and pineapple juice
Cook over high flame until the juice dries.
Use freshly ground black pepper to garnish
Serve warm to have a delicious treat.
