Nutritious Diet for Wellness
Nutritious and healthy diet is the basic point to be considered to examine your eating habits. It's very important to know how healthy you eat? Are you eating in a moderate way and choosing variety of foods? Are you including vitamins (like vitamin D and calcium) and minerals in your diet? If you are not fulfilling any of the above conditions, you can not be well.

Exercising for Wellness
Exercising for women's wellness and men's wellness is very much important, as regular exercising tones and conditions the body, increases the flow of oxygen to the cells, prevents or controls diseases like high blood pressure and diabetes, helps mental clarity, flushes out extra fat, and contributes to a sense of well being. Exercise needs to be performed at least 20 minutes a day, that too 3-4 days a week.

Sex for Wellness
Unsatisfactory sex life is also one of the reasons of unhealthy body. A happy and satisfied sexual life with your partner is must, as it not only gets you in proper shape with better relieves headache, keeps you fit, skin texture, it also burns extra calories, combats asthma, and reduces depression. Moreover, a vigorous sexual life leads to a healthy life both physically and emotionally.
